10 Gifts For A 10 - Year - Old's Birthday

Yippee! It s almost time for that once-in-a-lifetime 10th birthday. And that means gifts. So it s off to the mall where a world of dazzling gifts stretches out before you. You barely know where to start.

There is help, though. And it comes from a group of 10 and 11-year-olds, themselves.

I asked this group to list their favorite recent birthday gift. They were thrilled to give me hundreds of choices. We worked hard to narrow the list down to the top ten.

An electric train with winding tracks and blinking switch-lights is an exciting gift. You can add new cars, railroad worker figures, and extra track throughout the year.
